Persa provides a single button interface that allows users to notify other people or our Activity Tracking platform when certain situations occur. Everything from Check in and Check out for mobile time clock applications to being used as a panic button in unsafe surroundings. It can even cause the device to create a virtual fence where it is located and keep track of when it leaves that fence and let others know about it.
The message button can act in single or dual modes, providing user feedback to indicate when the desired function has been activated. History of all the locations and activity of a device or all your devices during a specific time period, detailed location reports letting you know the starts and stops with addresses and date and times, entry and exit reports for locations that are important to you, these are a very small assortment of the possibilities.
When it comes to employee safety and the addition of a device like Persa with an alert button, its greatly helpful to be notified when that button is pressed. Many customers want to include a call center as part of the notification process when that button is pressed. The call center is there to receive and process those alerts and take appropriate actions based on the needs of the customer.
Determining the location and dispatching the proper public safety resources is one of the most common actions the call center can be instructed to take. They can also be used to notify specific contacts via phone that are associated with the person that has pressed the button.
